Things I Like


I have started a mail order catalogue -under the business name of 'Things I Like'.

I feel that surely every Australian dollmaker knows about the publication by now - but if not
it's s 'big fat catalogue' of doll supplies and is $5 posted out. Haven't added up for a while
but I deal with probably 40 cloth doll designers and I haven't ever seen a catalogue that advertises
the pattern range as can be seen in this catalogue. Have lots of dollmaking supplies - and am now
researching lots more 'goodies' in the hope that eventually everything you could ever want will
be in the catalogue!!!!!

Also have a Pattern Club - that has been very successful. It is $75 for 6 months - and each month a pattern,
news sheet - and often a little gift is sent out. It is quite a challenge as the patterns are new
releases each month - try to make the club different from other pattern clubs available.
We have a 'country' section and a 'character' section. The last few patterns have been by Meo Feroy
Rhonda McGinnity, epb, Ann Clemens, Emily's Porch etc! I'm excited about the
next release - it is always a little nerve wracking as being a new release I don't get to see the
pattern until it is just about time for it to go out! Also have a 'Secret Pal' link up - various swaps

Judi's Dolls



I am so excited!!! My entire black and white coloring book style catalog is up. It is 40 pages long,
with over 70 of my patterns listed and pictured. I have been around practically since dolls were
invented LOL, so a lot of my patterns were designed in the 70s. Of course a lot in the 80s and 90s too!
There is everything from a tiny 5" baby to a 30" Bed Doll and a 30" toddler, with everything in
between. There are playdolls and set up dolls, Funny dolls and lifelike dolls. All of my patterns
are detailed in design, with detailed instructions too. Back in the "olden days" of cloth dolls,
I had the only patterns with "real" fingers, belly buttons. bottoms, invisible jointing, Antique
Reproductions in cloth etc. There are also color pictures of some patterns and descriptions of
everything. You can purchase from the site or click over to my Web Page at the Doll Net and purchase
there. Anything that is not on my Doll Net site can be ordered in the comments section. Also,
anything not on my Doll Net site will have appropriate shipping added to the total.

Patchwork Supplies


Patchwork Supplies run by Ruth Stoneley carries cloth doll patterns by Australian dollmakers
Lynne Butcher, Maxine Gallagher, Carol Saunders,Ann Clemens, Jane Coughlin, Kerryn Segond, Priscilla MacDonald,
Mary Vlasak and Rhonda McGinnity as well as US designers - elinor peace bailey, Julie McCullough,
Sally Lampi, Barbara Willis, Patti Culea, Melinda Small Patterson and a few others.

We also carry doll books, suture clamps, stuffing forks, turning tubes, doll stands, eyes,
chenille stems,hand-dyed mohair, flesh coloured robe velour and lycra, and a wide variety
of colours in 100% cotton for doll bodies.

In addition to the doll supplies, Patchwork Supplies has approximately 2000 cotton fabrics
suitable for dolls, patchwork and clothing, patchwork books and patterns, notions, braids,
ribbons, threads, laces, kits, charm squares, fat quarters and batting.
Two clubs operate through the shop - Dinky Di Dolls [3D Club] and Ruth's Patchwork Post
- [both at a cost of $30.00 annually].

Mail orders are welcome and 3 catalogues are currently available

We are always looking for new sources for doll patterns,books and accessories.
We recently self published a book of cloth doll wearables -'Down Under Dolls to wear and share'
from 21 patterns designed by members of our 3D club.
